Certificates and Forms
I offer Yoga in local businesses and schools as a way to encourage their employees to take a little time for themselves and their mental and physical wellness. I can do this class as a one time thing or on a weekly schedule. Classes can be charged per class or per person, please contact me for more information!

The facility itself is only required to provide a space for the class, it doesn't need to be particularly "zen," just large enough to fit enough people. The attendees would be required to bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a positive mind. I provide my own music.
