About Me!

My name is Molly Campbell, I am an insured, certified instructor. My certifications include: YogaFit, Pilates-Barre, and Barre Above. Feel free to email me and ask any questions, hope to see you soon!

Class Descriptions


YogaFit is the largest yoga school in North America, bringing yoga to every body in a way that is safe and adaptable. My class is practical, user-friendly style, regardless of their body type, fitness level, or experience. Yoga is truly my bread and butter, it has been a large part of my life for a long time. I truly feel at home when guiding a practice: restorative, power flow, or vinyasa.

Barre Burn

Barre Burn combines the balance and lengthening of Barre with the toning and repetition of Pilates! Barre is a ballet inspired workout using small deliberate motions combined with balance, Pilates is similar to yoga but a more intense workout with more repetitions and a strength focus. I use a combination of my Pilates-Barre and Barre Above training during this class. This “all-levels” class begins with setting intentions, followed by power, and finishing with stretches, and is a class that you will feel, mind and body, for days after.
